Cancellation Policy

In order to better serve all my clients, Bowen & Beyond has a cancellation policy in place.  This is to ensure that my business and personal expenses are not affected by last-minute cancellations or no-shows.  With this in mind, please read the policy below and take care to ensure I never have reason to enforce it with you.

Your appointment time has been set aside for you, and you may cancel or reschedule this appointment without penalty any time up to 24hr before the start of your appointment.   This allows other clients the chance to book in for your cancelled appointment time, and for me to plan my time accordingly. You may cancel or re-schedule your appointment by ringing or texting me on 0407 397 922.

*Please note – messages via email or facebook can not be guaranteed to be received and read within 24hrs of your appointment.

If you give less than 24hr notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your cancelled appointment.

Home visits – If you are not home when I arrive at your scheduled appointment time, I will wait 15 min before leaving, and you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment. (If it’s an option, another member of your household is welcome to take your place for your appointment.)

If you arrive late, or are not ready when I am ready to start, your session time will be shortened accordingly so as to not affect clients who have appointments booked after you.

If you are being charged a cancellation fee, you will be sent an invoice with payment instructions. No further appointments can be booked until the cancellation fee has been paid.  If you have pre-paid for your cancelled appointment, including using a Gift Certificate as payment, your pre-payment will be forfeited.
